How do I apply for a job?

 The City contracts with TransDev for Canby Area Transit bus drivers and dispatchers. To contact TransDev, see the Transit Employment page for information.

 How do I pay my transit tax?

Transit tax collection is handled by the city Finance Department. Visit the Transit Tax page for information , or call (503) 266-0687.

How do I bring a bike on the bus?

All CAT buses (not mini-vans) are equipped with bike racks. These racks are safe and easy to use, and all drivers are knowledgeable about the use of bike racks. The 99X buses have 3 bike capacity racks and all other buses can accommodate 2 bikes. See Page 5 of CAT's conduct and safety guide below for more information.

How do I make written comments to CAT?

Fill out comments online at Contact Us, or download and mail in the form below. Please feel free to call or email us at any time with suggestions and comments as well.

How do I find my lost items?

If you left an item on a bus, at a bus stop, or at the Canby Area Transit Center near Thriftway, please call or email us to identify and claim your  item.  Contact:   503-266-4022 (press 0) or Email: cat@canbyoregon.gov . CAT office hours are 8am-5pm,Monday through Saturday.
