Notice of Receipt of Ballot Title

City of Canby. Pursuant to ORS 250.275(5)(a), notice is hereby given that the following ballot titles have been filed with the City Elections Officer for measures referred by the Canby City Council to the voters at the November 3, 2026, General Election:

Caption: Amend City of Canby City Charter Chapter X 
Caption: Amend City of Canby City Charter Chapter V Section 2. 

The November 3, 2026, election will be conducted by mail pursuant to ORS 254.465. An elector may file a petition for review of any of these ballot titles in Clackamas County Circuit Court pursuant to ORS 250.296. Such a petition must be filed not later than August 20, 2026. The petitioner must also provide notice to the City of Canby as required by ORS 250.296.
