November 8, 2022 General Election Information

OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS

Terms of office for Mayor Brian Hodson, Councilor Art Marine, Councilor Greg Parker, and Councilor Shawn Varwig will expire on December 31, 2022. The Mayor and Council Positions were on the November 8, 2022, General Elections ballot.

The Council Positions are four year terms and the Mayor Position is a two year term. The winners of the Mayor and Council Positions will serve terms that commence in January 2023.    

The following City Councilor candidates appeared on the November 8, 2022 ballot:  

• Brad Clark
• James X. Davis
• Craig Lewelling
• Herman Maldonado
• Art Marine
• Greg Parker
• Shawn Varwig

There was one candidate for Mayor:  Brian D. Hodson.  

The Official Election Results were received on December 5^th, 2022 and the Mayor proclaimed the official results on December 7^th, 2022 as presented by the Clackamas County Elections Division. 

The three candidates who received the highest number of votes will have four-year terms beginning in January, 2023:  James X. Davis, Herman Maldonado, and Shawn Varwig.

Brian Hodson will continue to serve as Mayor.
