Hotel Renderings

The City of Canby partnered with Scott Edwards Architecture (SEA) to create conceptual hotel development plans and marketing-quality renderings for two strategic sites within the community. The hotel renderings utilize Canby's unique history and culture to create a roadside attraction, as well as providing lodging accommodations. 

The project evaluated the potential for a new hotel at both locations and produced visual concepts that showcase how high-quality hospitality development could enhance Canby’s growing visitor economy. Through site analysis, master planning, and architectural visualization, SEA developed compelling renderings and development concepts designed to help the City attract private investment, engage prospective developers, and demonstrate the market potential for additional lodging accommodations in Canby. The City sees hotel development as support ongoing economic development and capitalize on future Highway 99E improvements.
