The Canby Public Library Career Center strives to expand services and support workforce development by providing dedicated equipment, materials, and resources to support job research, in addition to opportunities for assistance with job searching and applications, resume building, interview prep, and skill building.

Beginning Watercolor: Painting Leaves & Trees

Learn basic watercolor techniques in this class and paint a series of leaves and trees, taught by illustrator Jenna Lechner.

In this 2-hour introductory workshop, we will learn about different types of: brushes, paper, and other painting supplies. We'll do a series of exercises to warm up; all tools and materials will be provided. We'll finish class with a step-by-step painting of foliage. Your finished painting works great as a card, or as a piece of art to put on the wall. Beginners and all skill levels welcome!
