These vendors personally produce or substantially modify the items they sell, typically in small batches rather than mass production. A Food Vendor is an individual, partnership, or business that prepares, cooks, and sells freshly made food or beverages for immediate consumption. Food Vendors may operate from a food truck, trailer, tent, cart, or temporary booth setup and are responsible for preparing and serving their menu items on-site. This category does not include vendors selling only pre-packaged, commercially manufactured food products. Food Vendors must comply with all applicable health department regulations, permits, and food safety requirements.
