To prevent delays and reduce overall processing times for land use applications, it is vitally important that application submittals be complete. Unless explicitly waived by Planning Staff, all required items identified on an application must be submitted. All application materials must be emailed to PlanningApps@canbyoregon.gov.

HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS
The Canby Planning Department is located in the Development Services office at 222 NE 2nd Avenue, Canby, OR 97013.
The Planning Department is responsible for processing all land use applications within the City of Canby which includes subdivisions, partitions, and site and design review. We also provide development services, zoning reviews, and provide the public with information on all property-related issues within the City limits. City approval is required before Clackamas County can issue a building permit. Please see “Development Review” for a guide to our review process.
Clackamas County currently issues all building, plumbing, and electrical permits for the City of Canby. They are located at 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, OR, 97045.
