All Court appearances are being conducted by phone or video conference.
If you have a pending Court matter you are required to contact the Court on

If you have received a citation for driving while using a cell phone, please contact the court before making your payment.The court requires customers to complete a safety education course with each cell phone violation.You may also qualify for a discount. For all other violations, if you have not already made payment arrangements with the court, please contact the court before making your payment. Canby Municipal Court, established in 1960 is the Judicial Branch of Municipal Government. The Municipal Court adjudicates city and state law offenses committed within city limits: misdemeanors, violations and parking cases.
