Help shape the future of parks and recreation in Canby!

The Parks and Recreation Master Plan Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 18th from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The virtual meeting will be held via ZOOM.

Sixteen unique pieces of art by Lucas Nickerson on display until February 25. 

Artist Statement

"Through simple use of animals, people, symbolism, and puns, I create paintings that inspire unique interpretation of their meaning. Sometimes, a painting is best taken at face value, while other pieces may obscure a double entendre. I have a lot of fun with my work, as is evident in some of the titles given.

The Library will be closed on Monday January 17 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. 

Keep the celebrations rolling in 2022 with Canby's First Thursday Night Market! 

The City's Economic Development department partners with local businesses and non-profit organizations to host the monthly First Thursday Night Market. The event occurs from 5:00 - 8:00p on the first Thursday of the month, January through December. 

As Canby continues to grow, so do the offerings during First Thursday! Join our local businesses as they showcase their offerings with specials and deals, giveaways and more! 

The Library will be closed on Friday Dec. 31 and Saturday January 1. Happy New Year!
