The City Attorney is responsible for providing a broad range of professional legal services to the Mayor and City Council, city management, and staff. This service is provided via contract with an outside firm.
Starting Tuesday, June 4, 2025, underground construction work will begin at the north side intersection of NE 10th Ave and Maple Street. Due to this work, the Maple Street Park bus stop on the Canby Loop route will be closed for all service hours through September 30th, 2025.
In July 2024, Clackamas County and Canby Area Transit (CAT) reached an agreement to provide Dial-A-Ride transportation for residents who live within a defined service area surrounding Canby’s Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). This agreement is active through June 30, 2025.
The service area is outlined by the red line on the service map. The Canby UGB is marked in black.
