Canby Area Transit offers a Complementary Paratransit Service (CPS) to eligible clients in compliance with the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 

In compliance with recent legislation requiring either on-line access or recording of specific liens with the county, the City of Canby provides an on-line system for tracking and reporting liens to title companies and service subscribers.

Lien information is accessible for a fee. For more information about this service, or to request an application form to activate an on-line account: call Net Assets at 541-485-8876.

Original delinquency: Any operator who fails to remit any tax imposed shall pay a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the amount of tax due in addition to the amount of the tax.
