Canby, Oregon is an attractive growing community of just over 17,800 with a total area of 3.78 miles. It is located 25 miles south of Portland in the Willamette Valley, surrounded by some of the best soils in the state. The community is easily accessible in the region via Interstate 5, Highway 99E and I-205 nearby.

The City of Canby's Transportation System Plan (TSP) was adopted in December 2010. An amendment related to a specific road facility was adopted in January 2021. Both documents are linked below.

As part of the City's Comprehensive Plan Update, a new TSP for Canby is currently under development and is anticipated to be adopted in 2024. 

Below are the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan and the Comprehensive Plan Map. Note that the Comprehensive Plan Map is a long-term, aspirational vision for the distribution of land uses in Canby; development and land use is regulated by zones shown on the Zoning Map. The two maps are related, and in many cases substantially similar, but serve two different purposes.
