The design and placement of telecommunications facilities, including traditional cell towers and "small cell" installations, is addressed in Chapter 16.55 of the Zoning Code.

Regulations and development standards related to signage are found in Chapter 16.42 of the Zoning Code. Unless exempt, signs require a signage application; see applications and forms page.

Off-street parking standards are found in Chapter 16.10 of the Zoning Code.

Fence regulations are found in Chapter 16.08 of the Zoning Code, specifically under Subsection 16.08.110.

City of Canby Announces Cancellation of 2021 Canby Independence Day Celebration

The City of Canby has canceled its annual Canby Independence Day Celebration on July 4th, 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Typically, the City of Canby begins planning for the Independence Day Celebration in January, however, COVID-19 risk level mandates continued to shift, therefore disrupting the planning process.
