What past and present members are saying

Judi Jarosh “When I volunteered for this commission, I wanted to give back to my new community. I was not expecting to make new friends and learn so much about the city and the history of Canby.”

Carol Palmer: “From a historian’s perspective Canby’s downtown is a historic gem. We have buildings that span 2 millennia, 3 centuries, and 16 decades. These sites tell the story of the development of the community. Unlike the historic districts in many communities, Canby’s downtown is not frozen in time, it reflects how the town has evolved. I want to do what I can to save these precious links to our past.”
