The location on Pete’s Mountain Road makes for easy access by anyone in the Portland-metro area. Close in and yet rural, the idea was to create a warm and comfortable place to gather. We modeled the Barrel House after an authentic old barn with timber framed mortise and tenon joints. This construction technique has stood the test of time and is still being used today, as shown by the exemplary work done by DC Builders at this site.
Our 23-acres of vineyard, Barrel House wine tasting room, stocked trout pond and unbeatable views of Mt. Hood are now open for wine tasting, events, parties and meetings. Come and taste!
