Administration Department provides a number of direct and
support services for the City organization and City Council.
Responsibilities of this department include processing business
licenses, small animal permits, complaint tracking, liquor
licenses, records management, and
public record requests.
This department also prepares the
City Council and Urban Renewal Agency meeting notices, agendas,
and meeting packets.

Notary Services are available at City Hall on Fridays. Please call ahead to ensure that someone will be available when you arrive. We cannot notarize wills, documents in a foreign language, or photographs. It is illegal to make copies, or to certify to copies of Oregon birth or death certificates and marriage or divorce decrees, according to Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 432.380 (15)
and Oregon Administrative Rule 333-011-0335(7). Certified copies are available from the agencies in charge of those records.
